Shepherd Consulting Services was born from a need for quality consulting and training services specifically relating to being prepared for a full spectrum of emergency and crisis management events and situations.

Craig has over 3 decades of industry experience covering a broad range of expertise and operational areas such as maritime, search and rescue, emergency management, critical infrastructure, business continuity, aviation, pandemic planning, and project management. This, combined with being nationally acknowledged as an expert in the field of exercise design, development, delivery, and evaluation means your organisation is in highly skilled hands for all things emergency management consulting and training.

Karl Hahne
Principal Consultant
Karl has almost 40 years of law enforcement and industry experience encompassing fields such as criminal and security intelligence, surveillance, counter-terrorism training, facilitation, exercise management, and evaluation. Having been the Australia New Zealand Counter Terrorism Committee (ANZCTC) Exercise Management Capability Advisor, Karl brings a wealth of experience in developing and executing large-scale exercises involving emergency services as well as local, state, and commonwealth governments and agencies. A true expert in his field, Karl is an asset to the Shepherd Consulting Services team.
