Do discounts apply if I book multiple courses?
If you are considering doing multiple courses, you may like to do our Certificate IV in Public Safety (Leadership) [LINK] which encompasses 12 units. Alternatively, contact us to discuss multi course discounts.
Do you offer private trainings?
Yes. If you have a group of people to train in emergency management, we will be happy to discuss a private training option for you. Book a call to discuss your needs.
Is there any pre-study required for the courses?
No. There are no pre-reading or study requirements for any of our courses. Everything will be covered during the course itself.
What is the cancellation policy for the courses?
Payment is required 14 days prior to the commencement of the course to cover course administration, facility, and catering costs. If payment is not received 14 days in advance your position on the course will not be confirmed (unless alternative payments arrangements have been made with the course administration team).
Cancellation or deferment of enrolment can be made up to 14 days before the commencement of a course. Cancellation after this time will incur a cancellation fee of $380.00 to cover facility and catering costs.
