Shepherd Consulting Services just wrapped up an incredible week of Emergency Exercise Management training in Melbourne. It was a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with DEECA, SES, Wyndham Council, and the Melbourne Botanical Gardens teams, bringing together a wealth of knowledge, innovative exercise ideas, and meaningful discussions.
Participants took the first steps towards accreditation in the design, delivery, and evaluation of emergency management exercises, all while building strong networks to support resilience and preparedness.
